Although I admit once you down the first beer, geez what's another one or three going to hurt. I think your weekend homemade meal plan is a winner; we plan all of our meals, and eating out is really a treat. If I did them on Fridays, I would be so tempted to indulge, knowing I had a whole week to "fix" it.<br /><br />I try really hard to stay on track on the weekends - including planning what I'm going to eat all day and trying to make plans with my friends that DON'T involve food. Getting together for movies (and bringing my own snacks), going for walks or hanging out at the lake....stuff that doesn't throw me off track.<br /><br />Good luck - I would say it's the hardest part of EVERYONE's diet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
