daily report: 1/5/09

Breakfast:  
Light 'n Fit yogurt
Apple
Spoonful of Peanut Butter

Exercise:
2 hour, 3.5 mile walk
(it wouldn't take so long normally, but I did some errands)

Lunch:
Bean soup

Snack:
Baby carrots
Pizzelle

Dinner:
Tilapia filet

Nightcap:
1 glass of red wine
