daily report 1/9/09

Breakfast:
Toast (Ezekiel bread, another TJs staple, with a little bit of raspberry preserves)

Exercise:
50 minutes on stationary bike
1/2 mile run on the treadmill, just to get the feel for it

Lunch:
Kusherie 
Clementine

Snack:
1/4 cup cashews

Dinner:
Quinoa and date stuffed squash
1 chicken sausage

Nightcap:
glass of rum
gimlet
