daily report: 1/6/09

Breakfast:
Light n Fit yogurt
apple
spoonful of peanut butter

Exercise:
50 minutes on stationary bike at the gym

Lunch:
bean soup

Snack:
cottage cheese

Dinner:
huevos rancheros
(I didn't use tortillas, though, just lots of beans)
grilled eggplant (with a little olive oil and adobo, prepared on the George Foreman)
pizzelle

Nightcap:
glass of Scotch
