Toast with jam
Exercise:
1/2 an hour on the treadmill doing 1/4 mile intervals of jogging and walking. Managed two miles total, and felt pretty good.

Garden salad
cup of beef-barley soup
Dinner:
grilled salmon
Heidi's delicious brussel sprouts
Top Chef snack:
popcorn
Nightcap:
glass of scotch
