daily report 1/20/09

Breakfast:
Oatmeal

Exercise:
1/2 hour on the treadmill  (ran 1 mile, then 1/4 mile, then 1/2 mile, with walking breaks)

Lunch:
Sweet potato with feta cheese
garlic bread (on the low point potato buns)
carrots

Dinner:
sauteed spinach

Snack:
milk
2 Trader Joe's Candy Cane Joe-Joe's
