daily report 1/21/09

Exercise:
AM Yoga video (at least, I tried)
Bob's cardio video

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with almonds and honey

Lunch:
Leftover mushroom casserole

Dinner:
Coriander and cumin broiled eggplant (although I did it on the George Foreman)
Wine (2 glasses)

Nightcap:
Scotch
