daily report: 1/8/09

Breakfast:  
oatmeal

Lunch:
salad: greens, mushrooms, onions, pine nuts, feta, olive oil, balsamic vinager
cottage cheese

Dinner:
kusherie (an Egyptian meal with rice, lentils, spiced tomato sauce, sauteed onions, and yogurt)
two clementines

Nightcap:
rum on the rocks
