daily report 1/22/09

Breakfast:
Almonds

Exercise:
40 minutes stationary bike
1.5 mile run on treadmill

Lunch:
Mushroom casserole

Dinner:
Huevos rancheros

Snacks:
a few pretzels and a little cheese
garlic bread (with low points potato buns)

Nightcap:
um, scotch.  a lot.  too much. (probably 4-5 servings)
