Breakfast:
Toast with peanut butter

Lunch:
Quinoa salad
apple

Exercise:
Bob cardio video

Snack:
Trail Mix (small handful)

Dinner:
Stir fried shrimp and veggies
1 c. rice

Snack:
Pretzels
