Pre-workout snack:
8 almonds

Exercise:
50 minute stationary bike
12 minute, 1 mile run

Lunch:
1/2 Chick Fil A Southwest Salad (no dressing)
1/2 Chick Fil A Spicy Wrap

Dinner:
Huevos Rancheros

Nightcap:
Glass of Wine
