Breakfast:
Trader Joe's Oat and Honey granola bar

Lunch:
Baba ghanoujh
pita bread
sliced veggies
apple
feta cheese

Snack:
1/4 cup trail mix

Dinner:
broccoli sauteed with onions
Trader Joe's chicken sausage

Snack/Nightcap:
glass of scotch
a few pretzels
