Baba ghanoujh

sliced veggies

feta cheese
Snack:
1/4 cup trail mix
Dinner:
broccoli sauteed with onions
Trader Joe's chicken sausage
Snack/Nightcap:
glass of scotch
a few pretzels
I'm trying to lose weight. My main tools are honesty and a sense of humor.
