Ezekiel toast (1 peanut butter, 1 raspberry preserves)
Lunch:
Leftover beans and salsa, bit of queso fresco, 1 small blue corn tortilla
Dinner:
Broccoli and onions
polenta
red gravy
Snack:
glass of milk
2 joe-joes
Nightcap:
glass of wine
