daily report 2/3/09

Exercise:
45 minutes stationary bike
1 mile run on treadmill

Breakfast:
Mojo bar

Lunch:
Leftover salmon (small piece)
Leftover chicken sausage
broccoli and onions

Snack:
a few pretzels

Dinner:
Southwestern omelette (homemade)
3 pieces of bacon

Dessert:
glass of milk
1 Joe-Joe cookie

Nightcap:
glass of scotch
