Pre-exercise snack:
8 almonds

Exercise:
30 minutes stationary bike
1.5 mile run on treadmill

Breakfast:
Oatmeal

Lunch:
(lowfat homemade) hummus and veggies on pita

Dinner:

Dessert:
Milk
2 Joe-Joe cookies

Snack:
Popcorn
