Breakfast:
Oatmeal

Lunch:
Baba ghanouj
small pita
a little feta
veggies

Exercise:
Bob workout video
Hip hop body shop
(40 minutes total)

Dinner:
Spaghetti squash
3 turkey meatballs
gravy (or marinara sauce)

Snack:
Popcorn
